Mignonette of Vermouth from Forcalquier

Vermouth de Forcalquier is a vermouth made from white wine, alcohol, infusions and essences of plants (absinthe, mugwort, mint, lemon balm,...) and bitter and tonic spices (cinnamon, coriander).

Vermouth de Forcalquier is  bitter, rich and long in the mouth - no less than 15 herbs, spices and aromas are used in its composition.
An authentic vermouth where absinthe and cinnamon play the stars on a white wine background for a unique taste.

Tasting advice

The Vermouth de Forcalquier can be drunk plain on ice and can also be used in cocktail shakers.

• With orange juice: one part orange juice to three parts Vermouth
• With lime juice: one part lemon juice to four parts Vermouth
• With Rinquinquin: one part Rinquinquin to three parts Vermouth
