This absinthe is carefully produced in two stages.
First, a distillation of great absinthe, green aniseed, fennel and other plants in a still. Then natural colouring by maceration of plants in the distillate. This last step gives it a fresh touch, an herbaceous note, and body. It enriches the palette of aromas, flavours and bitterness.
